EasyFrameOnline.com is Now Live!

Our new web-based software is online at http://www.easyframeonline.com/. The software received great initial praise when showcased at January's Imaging USA 2008 show in Tampa, FL. The current release is considered a beta and will remain as a beta for several months while we gather feedback and fine tune the software's operation. It is our intention to make this a community driven process to ensure the software is a useful tool that benefits all.

ExcelPictureFrames.com Launches New Website!

We have just launched a completely new website at ExcelPictureFrames.com, which will serve as the backbone to our upcoming EasyFrameOnline.com web-based custom framing tool. This new website is built using great new e-commerce technology with BV Software’s BVC5 E-Commerce Platform. What does this mean to you, our customer? It means you have a new, easy-to-use, informative, and secure store to place your framing orders. The site has improved navigability and a powerful search engine which will guide you to whatever products you are looking for. All of the old site’s sections have been upgraded using new technology as well. You can still track your Excel orders using the new ‘Tracking’ tab, or search for your Sales Representative’s contact information using the ‘Sales Reps’ tab.

The site also has entirely new sections such as Recently-Viewed Items, Top Sellers, and even an area to view the latest Syndicated Articles! And of course, the site contains a direct link to EasyFrameOnline.com…

To use the new store you need to re-register using the ‘Register’ link. This is a one-time process only to ensure you are a professional photographer and to protect our wholesale price list. Please make sure to write down your login information for subsequent use. This registration process will allow you to use both the new store and EasyFrameOnline.

EasyFrameOnline.com Launching Later This Week!

EasyFrameOnline.com, our Web-Based Custom Framing Tool, will be available for use later on this week! EasyFrameOnline is an easy-to-use, interactive, web-based application that integrates hundreds of framing elements to create that perfect presentation for your images. With EasyFrameOnline you can share your images and build custom presentation packages for your customers to proof and approve. Our Built-In Product Tags and Auto-Ordering System will allow the process to be a time saving tool for you and your staff. It is an application that is loaded with features which, when incorporated in your daily workflow, will enable your studio to offer an endless amount of framing products with a few clicks of your mouse.
Another benefit that we must mention is that EasyFrameOnline is free of charge to use! We’ve spent a huge amount of resources on the development of the application but are not passing any of the costs on to you. We feel that your loyalty as a customer is more than enough compensation...

Update on Fire Incident

We’d like to sincerely thank ALL of you for your concern during these last few weeks after our fire incident. We have received many, many phone calls, emails, and faxes concerning our safety and wishing us luck as we get back up and running. It feels very good to know that so many of you care about our organization, above and beyond our business relationship.

We can confidently say that we are back up and running with all of the equipment necessary to receive, process, and ship your orders in a timely manner. We will be working out of our temporary location until our building is rebuilt. This does not change anything in the way we process your orders. February 2008 Convention/Trade Show Schedule

In February our Convention/Trade Show Schedule consists of 2 different shows, including the 55th Western States Convention & Trade Show. We take pride in presenting our products and explaining our services at the various shows throughout the year as they give us the opportunity to meet you and answer any questions you might have. This month, we will be presenting a wide variety of products in our booths, including some of the new custom mouldings we have added to our line. We will also be demonstrating how to register and use our new online web-based framing tool, EasyFrameOnline.com. We invite you to come by and see just what we have to offer.
